We just returned from a getaway to Asheville, a wonderful mountain town about an hour and half away from Newton. There was much to celebrate- Ben's first Valentine's Day, the anniversary of Mark's marriage proposal (and Leah's acceptance!) and the one year anniversary of owning our home. We had a great time playing together as a family and managed to handle the cold just fine. Ben is growing more expressive and chatty as the days go by...his newest nickname is "Button" after his round little birthmark on the top of his head. So, from Button and the gang we send lots of Valentine's love!!

I continue to love this blog and the priceless expressions (and good photography, too) of little Ben. Dad arrives to Sweden tonight, so it should be a fun weekend. Take care, Watsons. -Sean
