Yesterday was a beautiful North Carolina Spring day. We spent the afternoon with our friends at their gorgeous property outside of town. Ben loved the swing and the sandbox.
As many of you know, our dear little cat Audrey became ill and passed away right after Ben was born. We still miss her. Mr. Edwards wasn't sure what to make of all this change at once. Ben is fascinated by the cat. Mr. Edwards is bewildered by Ben. Over the past couple of months Mr. Edwards has started to see that Ben is a very special creature that is here to stay. The cat now joins us at Ben's crib side every night for prayers, guards the door when the baby is sleeping and even gives Ben kisses every now and then. Ben is gaining on him, but as of today Mr. Edwards still weighs more than the kid.

This kid has got the greatest clothes ever. He's definitely a product of Leah. Keep up the good work, Mom and Dad. And Happy belated Easter.
